Apologize to the man! When my kids stay over at Mimi’s house, they follow her rules. At my house, they follow mine. We’ve had this agreement since the kids were babies, and it’s worked way better than me trying to insist that she do things exactly the way I do. I trust my mom. She’s not going to give them anything or allow them to do anything that’s going to be harmful to them. So, she gets to spoil them a bit, and I get free babysitting. I truly do believe in following the rules.
