I love to travel by train! Unfortunately the route through Tacoma will no longer go along Puget Sound but will move inland starting in the fall. What a shame that’s one of the most beautiful segments of the ride! Instead you’ll get to see the backsides warehouses. I would expect if you live somewhere far away it will cost a bunch just to get to the train .Since you drove you will have to take the train back to your car Also is the cost of food on the train reasonable?
