The other items weren’t alive, so they couldn’t be killed like that. It only worked on Harry because he’s a living being. The spell likely would have worked on the Voldemort Avada Kedavra bitch shirttoo. But, I’m not sure any of the trio could have used it because they aren’t murderers. And, as we know, it had to be the dark lord that killed Harry in reality unknowingly killing himself because he had the protection of Lily’s spell because Harry’s blood was used to bring him back.
