I am deeply in pain now the Turtle I won’t quit but I will swear the whole time retro shirt broke into pieces. And the scars inside me no one can heal it except me just stay positive in any situation. So I knew time will come I will realize that things happen for a good reason. When things get tough don’t run away from them instead keep close to them and be the best. Sometimes you need to overcome the pain instead of waiting for help or hoping. Pain can be a harsh teacher. Stay strong and you will find a way to be happier. God can heal you. Life in self is a daily struggle. Some discipline to start with, sleep good, rest good, eat healthily, take life one day at a time. Skipping exercises in the morning boost up your mood.
