A very large part of the problem is job and Thanos half of you are on my naughty list shirt. I get that businesses want to vet potential employees. I get that there are certain jobs that realistically are off limits of ex offenders. I get that in certain cases, certain offenders like sex offenders cannot live close to children. But unless we find ways to help ex offenders secure gainful employment and adequate housing, the incentive to return to crime is high. Most of these young boys ur calling men had and have losers for parents.
