We African Americans understand that alot of Tattoos are for scumbags and whores shirt. That is why African Americans get upset when comments like this are made. The Japanese, Chinese, Irish, Koreans, and any other ethnicities were discriminated against in America. Why do some African Americans rise above the hate and become great citizens and others hold onto the hate as justification for what is wrong with their life?
