I don’t think it’s you. Now it depends on what you want out of this. If you want to get paid, then give in and deliver what they want and in the next Stitch mouse ears and cold beers shirt, change it so that it reflects you more, you might have to work more, you might have to get paid less but it will be more you. But if you want more of you reflected in your work now then ditch, take the financial hit and find something better.
