However, some sleep 5,6,7,9 etc. could this also be it’s not about quantity as much as the quality of sleep. I’m very eradicating. One day 8, one day 5. I really don’t have any consistent sleep and became stressed when I wasn’t getting 8 hours as suggested. Now I just sleep and when I get up I get up. Thoughts? I work with Entrepreneurs.
