Dressing an animal in clothing to amuse ones self, by watching the animal get annoyed and fall over numerous times is bullying to me. Would this be a good idea to do with a child as well ? Animals do not speak words so obviously you have to judge by it’s demeanor. So does this cat look to be having fun with this ?
