🕒 Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- You must contact us before sending any return
- Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted

Note: Since we use third-party fulfillment services (e.g., Printify), return procedures may vary depending on your location and the issue.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, design, or color:
- Submit a return request for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging and tags
- A proof of purchase is required
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card) within 10 business days
- Depending on your bank or provider, the refund may take additional time to appear
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
👶 Orders from Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal data or accept orders from individuals under 18 years old.
