I want Reppin the North Bears shirt. All local, state and federal facilities don’t have a humane mindset nor do they have the resources to bring out the best in those behind bars who could have the potential to become productive citizens. It’s a combination of not having the will to provide humane resources as well as the funds to do so. Let’s not fool ourselves, we, as a culture, believe that severe punishment will “teach” the offender to change their ways, a pretty ancient and simple way of approaching rehabilitation.
