This whole persona is a Reality is for people who can’t handle science fiction shirt. The dude is actually a nice guy who cares about the restaurants and saving these businesses. If some of the owners weren’t so oblivious and stubborn at times, u wouldn’t get half that language. But many resist the changes he tries to implement.  He verbally abuses when he sees a clear mistake. He has passion for his work and quite honestly, not much for those who don’t respect it. If it takes him to yell and abuse them to fix their then he’s doing them a service.
