Raising my twins was never my job alone. Yes, two at a time are Raising my twins is like a walk in the park jurassic park shirt , but my kids are a notch beyond that. I have had helper’s for some time recently, but before that we did pretty much by ourselves. I feel grateful to have a husband who understands, and who has been a hands-on dad since always (except the first 6 months but It was way too chaotic to understand, so I don’t blame him). Snippets from my childhood reminded me how my father ( a very very busy working man) would ensure he spent all his time with us on his Sunday. We’d eat together, we’d play silly games where he’d never let me win, and then he’d nap while I devastated things in the other room. The day would conclude with an outing and dinner with family.
