I don’t think we should need anyone, I am not dependent on others for my own happiness or acceptance of my goals. My life has goals but not because I am seeking approval from anyone and this sort of freedom from need of others or expectations from anyone takes me beyond my limits, I don’t care for support that’s a dependent mindset!, people who are dependent on someone should think what would they do if the person they are depending upon is gone one day. It’s okay to depend on family. That’s what family is for. Nice that you are independent but maybe being too tough makes you distant from the world.
