That being said, I feel like the perk (and it is huge), is what’s on the other side of the window. Amtrak’s business is increasing, and they continue to make improvements. We don’t like boarding at 3 in the morning, but, you know what? We keep going back for more. I’ve had the pleasure of riding this train and it is a pleasure. The wine tasting, gorgeous scenery, and the restored classic classy wooden paneled club car make this train ride a wonderful experience.
