At some point, the child will become too big or too heavy for the poor dog and not know any better. If the dog reacts to defend himself, he will be put down. The child should be taught to recognize that the dog is an animal who does not have the power of speech or even reason. Therefore, the child must take care to respect the dog and treat him appropriately for everyone’s safety!
