No one would run for Congress then. Mimi like a grandmother but so much cooler expert advice giver shirtand it’ll end up costing tax payers far far more than paying current salary for 435 currently. I don’t agree that nobody would run and that they wouldn’t work. If they had no DC office and lived in the district, they would be seen everyday at the supermarket etc and the public pressure would be enormous. It would mean far better representation of the people. And we could all watch on the web as they work to try and screw us over.
