I believe the 2 tags mean she is a Mama Bear Plaid O-Neck Shirt. Where I live in the summer, a 3rd tag means she strikes out and will be euthanized. Probably the cub too, because mamma has taught the cub bad habits. This breaks my heart! The owner of the bird feeder signed this bears death warrant! They know they are in bear country and you don’t put bird feeders, humming bird feeders, or leave trash where a bear can get to it.
