She gets all excited when she sees one. The rooms are the same size even though there are over twice as many men in the building as women. As someone who has designed bathrooms. So women take twice as long in the bathroom. Not including hand washing, dealing with children or your period! The only state in the union that has a building code to address this in New Jersey. They require almost as many women’s stalls as men’s. Plus the handicapped stall is counted as a general stall and a percentage of general stalls must be handicapped accessible.
