This made me realize I wasn’t alone and that I’m okay and even stronger because of it. To be honest surround yourself with those who truly care about you. So make friends with those who are like you without any expectations. Depression is real but only if you want to let it go then only it will leave you. I was depressed for 6 years and time to time I feel the same but it all will come to an end if you believe and surround yourself who really care about you. I’m a marathoner, an artist, soccer player and I did ruin my life once, got a second chance and ruined it again but hey what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and it did make me stronger.
