While waiting at the coffee shop counter to place my order and take off some of the I’m either watching hallmark about to watch Hallmark shirt, I remember telling myself the last time I was here that I should never come back again. It was busy, and the flustered barista, hair dyed Queen of Hearts red, and frown painted in matching lipstick shade, nearly threw my coffee at me. When I politely pointed out that she’d poured a size smaller than I’d ordered and paid for, she audibly cursed me under her breath, and served me an under-pour in a larger cup.
