So cook it a little longer. Maybe reduce the I’m A Delicate Fucking Flower Shirt cooking from ten minutes to seven or so and cook the eggs until done to your preference. My husband loves sunny side up level eggs. I find that gross and prefer mine more cooked. So I’ll either use a couple smaller pans or take his out and put mine back in for a few minutes. Or maybe start mine cooking and halfway through pull the pan out, crack his eggs in, and finish. Easily adaptable recipe really. Could use sausage or tofu or even veggies instead of or with the bacon as well. I think of the potato slices as a cupcake mold and fill as we like. Hmm. I may try bacon and mushroom as soon as I get to the store actually. I was with yall until yall took that uncooked egg out. Too each its own.
