The money gets spent but the job doesn’t get done, funny how that works. There are a lot of places on Earth that get this cold. But anytime any area makes unusual extremes it is worth noting. Especially when it has to do with man made climate change. Our record breaking cold is colder than yours and no other Canadian has ever faced cold like we have it not even those from Thunder Bay.
