She had a right to Grinch I used to smile and then I worked at Walmart shirt. She was attacked assaulted first. Employee should of smashed that face into the floor then had her arrested for assault. Employee should of remained professional and called security Or ask for Assistance from Another employee instead she chose to engage the customer in back-and-forth banter and escalate the situation By getting in the customer face That being said she absolutely had a right to defend yourself when she was attacked. The employee should be fired and the customer should go to jail for assault. Both parties acted Foolishly. Employee should have walked away and handled herself. If she would have kept on walking and stopped running her mouth she wouldn’t have got head-butted. Walmart employe should get a raise in pay for taking a headbutt like a champ. Look how many folk got to walk out with out checking their receipts.
