There’s more to happiness than meets the eye. More importantly, making happiness for yourself should always be a priority. I see that sometimes, someone can temporarily make you happy. But keeping yourself happy is the hardest challenge yet. I am inspired daily by Jay Shetty. Glad to get these insights, lately I felt lost and confused and had a short, but fleeting connection with someone.  Best bet is to never take yourself for granted.
