She does it to look in windows to look at the counter or table. The poodle breed does this all the time. ASPCA this should be reported! This is an abuse to dogs and should not be on social media! If you find the original person that posted this please report them to the Pet Association for animal abuse! Anyone can see this is just abuse. That weight is entire to heavy! He can’t even get in a full curl. This is horrible!
