Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email or message.
If you don’t see it within a few days of ordering, please feel free to reach out via [email protected] or WhatsApp.

Q: What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

A: We’re very sorry about that!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the wrong or damaged item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and offer the best possible solution — either a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A:

  • We only accept returns/refunds for orders with manufacturing defects or wrong items received.
  • If you find any issue with the product, do not wash or wear it.
  • Take a clear photo of the defect and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

📌 Important:

  • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • We cannot process any claims made after this period.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A:

  • You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
  • After 2 hours, if cancellation is no longer available, it means production has started and the order cannot be canceled.

For customized items:

  • Please leave your customization details in the “Personalization” section when ordering, or contact us directly.
  • For simple requests, we’ll produce your item directly.
  • For complex customizations, we’ll send you a design preview. You must approve it within 24 hours.
    If we don’t receive your response in time, we’ll proceed with the closest available version to stay on schedule.

Q: Are there any care instructions for your products?

A: Yes! Please follow these steps to keep your items in good shape:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing
  • Machine wash cold
  • Tumble dry medium
  • Do not bleach
  • Our products are pre-shrunk, but a small amount of shrinkage may still occur
