I would add that toxic demeaning Dragon I Dont Care What Day It Is Its Early Im Grumpy I Want Coffee shirt .bullying behavior often goes unchecked by managers and then emboldens these people and it grows exponentially as people join the negative crowd to avoud being a target of it. Incivility on a job I had ruined me. I had just finished caring for my terminally ill mother and was faced with a coworker who took the last bit of stamina I had and I suffered greatly, eventually losing my confidence and my job. I’m so glad to hear of your work. It would have helped me more than I can say to have been treated kindly.
