I’ve had the same problem since I was a kid, I try to work all day, on Dogs – Educate Don’t Discriminate Shirt to work out, get myself tired, then just before bed, try to read a suuupppeerrr boring book. Or if I can’t sleep all night, I’ll stay up for the whole night, then the rest of the whole day, and keep myself up until the next night, then I’ll fall asleep like a baby.
