We need more women designers or at least men who have input from women and have women test their products. I find it odd that he claims that people of color would do things differently. I have been to many countries and seen building design is ubiquitous. Buildings are for humans to use and regardless of color, we are all humans. Or, women could just get in there, do their business and then get the hell out.
