• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We'll assess the situation and offer the best possible solution — either a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

• We only accept returns/refunds for orders with manufacturing defects or wrong items received.
• If you find any issue with the product, do not wash or wear it.
• Take a clear photo of the defect and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

• Refund or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• We cannot process any claims made after this period.

• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
• After 2 hours, if cancellation is no longer available, it means production has started and the order cannot be canceled.

For customized items:

• Please leave your customization details in the "Personalization" section when ordering, or contact us directly.
• For simple requests, we'll produce your item directly.
• For complex customizations, we'll send you a design preview. You must approve it within 24 hours.
  If we don’t receive your response in time, we’ll proceed with the closest available version to stay on schedule.

Yes! Please follow these steps to keep your items in good shape:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry medium
• Do not bleach
• Our products are pre-shrunk, but a small amount of shrinkage may still occur
