I got a call from a stranger to look at a house last week. Now, normally this wouldn’t be unusual but this call was anything but normal or usual. Chef I Use My Sarcasm Because Beating Up People Is Illegal Shirt! The caller said Jana, I’d like for you to come look at a house. I asked for the address and then asked when she would like me to look. She said Well, I’d like you to come look at it at 7pm on Saturday night, just after dark. Ummm… Not the oddest request I’ve had in the real estate world but it definitely was not the norm to look at a house after dark.
