Personally not a fan of the Canadian bacon or the Blessed to be called Nana tshirt, at Papa John’s. For having worked for them for many years I bore witness to the vast changes in the product. Yes, all product contains zero preservatives, fake flavors, and fake colors. The problem with the canadian bacon and bacon from Papa John’s is the quality. Kind of funny to tout better quality and better ingredients and these imperfect ingredients slip under the radar all of the time. The pieces are very chunky, fatty, gristly, and tough to chew. Sometimes the bacon is nice and crumbly, very finely chopped and bereft of huge fatty additions. When it is crumbly the inventory shows. Why? Better coverage on the pizza.
