In my school district we are restraint trained and get a recertification yearly. You are only allowed to put your hands on a child if they are a threat to others or Autism I am his voice he is my heart shirt. If the principal decides the child needs to be removed out of the hallway for whatever reason there are safe escorts that do not involve dragging the child across the floor. So very heartbreaking. We love all the children we work with like our own and there is always an underlying problem for a behavior.
