Good evening! We’d very much like to announce our 6th Dark Beer Box Beer! Symbiosis, a 7.4% Winter Spiced Dubbel for the All Want For Christmas Is You Beer Shirt. We had an idea for a ‘winter spiced’ (don’t say mince pie, Kevin doesn’t do Christmas) dark belgian-style beer to finish off the box. We’ve brewed Belgian style beers before, but we wanted this to be as mighty as possible, so we asked our firm chums at Unity Brewing Co if they wanted to come for a play.
